Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nova Printing is committed to dispatching and delivering orders as quickly as possible while maintaining high standards of product quality and packaging.

Because many of our products are printed, branded, or customized, processing time may vary depending on the product, quantity, design approval, and customization requirements.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after production is completed.

Customized or bulk orders may require additional production time. The estimated production and delivery timeline will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within approximately 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only. Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product size and weight

  • Number of packages

  • Order quantity

  • Delivery method

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed or displayed during checkout.

Bulk or oversized orders may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s name, phone number, city, postal address, and other delivery details are complete and accurate.

Nova Printing will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

For locations where door-to-door courier delivery is unavailable, the recipient may be asked to collect the package from the nearest courier office or delivery centre.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a complete, continuous unboxing video.

The video should begin before the courier packaging is opened and continue until all products have been removed and inspected.

An unboxing video may be required when submitting a claim for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

  • Printing or customization errors

Claims submitted without sufficient photo or video evidence may not be accepted.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect the external packaging before accepting the delivery.

If the package appears severely damaged, opened, or tampered with, take clear photographs and record a video before opening it.

If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within two hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A complete unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the courier packaging

  • Clear photos of the affected product

  • A description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution in accordance with our Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy.

The original product, tags, accessories, and packaging must remain intact until the claim has been reviewed.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, delivery timing is managed by the courier service.

Nova Printing will assist customers in tracking delayed shipments where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date after dispatch.

Delays caused by courier companies or circumstances outside our control do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
